Refund policy

We will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund if the item you received is:

  • Faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own)
  • Not as described or differs significantly from the product listing
  • Incorrect (i.e. you received the wrong item)

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@needsmoredragons.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

We will cover return postage for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email info@needsmoredragons.net with clear images of the damage or fault of the item, in its original packaging, as well as your order number, to assist our team with your request.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
